The average internet home buyer is:
___ - a 26-35 year old woman
___ - with an annual income between $50,000 and $100,000
___ - searching for a home in the Southern United States to purchase within three months
More than 14% of respondents were over 55, indicating baby boomers are comfortable researching online
83% of respondents planned on buying within 12 months.
When asked which source they used most, "Internet" received 73% of the votes, followed by "driving around" with 8%

85% of people looking for a home use the Internet, and of those 78% feel that the Internet played a significant role in their purchase experience (2003 Ipos-Reed Study)
