Lake Burden at the Lakes of Windemere is a masterplanned community featuring new homes from builders such as: Hannigan Homes, R. L. Gordon and Company, Royal Custom, Sorenson Construction, Sunshine Custom Builders, KB Homes and Westmont Homes.

Amenities at Lake Burden in Windermere will include tennis courts, playgrounds, ball fields, lakeside gazebos, a boardwalk across the lake to a new elementray school and more.

Lake Burden features large upscale homes as well as featuring three distinct townhome floor plans offering two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and a detached two-car garage. These townhomes in Windermere are being built by KB Homes out of Orlando.
